I saw a picture in 'her' last post from the book 'Le XVIIIième Siècle retrouvé´ a great book I got myself as well some years ago. It shows a big sheep in a living room.I have some sheep standing on a cupboard for decoration .... not as big as the one shown in the book and fortunately no real ones, but sheep I treasure for years. They are part of a nativity scene my mum got from my grandfather when she was a little girl. I have always loved them and I love using this kind of unusual things for decoration.
Op 'haar' blog las ik een post over het boek 'Le XVIIIième Siècle retrouvé´ Op een van de foto's staat een groot schaap in een huiskamer.Zelf heb ik ook een paar kleine schaapjes op een kast staan.... niet zo groot als het schaap op de foto uit het boek en gelukkig ook geen echte. Maar schaapjes uit een kerststal die mijn moeder als klein meisje van mijn grootvader heeft gekregen. Ik vind het wel leuk zo'n onverwacht iets en ze zijn toch ook super leuk.

Ook ik houd van dingen in je huis die niet te voorspelbaar zijn. Leuk idee de schaap(jes) in je interieur.
Bovendien schaapjes waar een herinnering aan vastzitten zijn je extra dierbaar,
groetjes en dat we nog vaak verrast worden,

O, o, dat zijn leukerdjes!! :D
Eigenlijk vind ik schapen ook gezellige beestjes, we hebben alvast een paar vachtjes ervan in huis voor de koude winterdagen. En ja, hun kleur - dat wollige wit - is gewoon mooi, vooral in combinatie met zwarte pootjes :)

enig dat schaap, n tijdje heb ik schapen gespaard,maar inmiddels zijn ze hier weer verdwenen...maar vooral schapen (of anders) die je ergens aan herinneren zijn onbetaalbaar!

Desiree - I just have to tell you how you've inspired me to add gray to my decor, and I'm loving it. I never knew how soft and calming it could be. I just purchased a pair of old shutters painted a most gorgeous pale gray at an antique market and they've found a home behind my sofa in the living room.
